My 5 WEEK FITNESS PLAN REPORT
The past five weeks have been very difficult to me. Everyday I had to do the same tiring exercises over and over again, but those reports are further down in my blog. This is my report on my physical activity during my work experience and how I think I did overall. During my work experience I worked with my uncle at a construction supply store. Everyday I had to carry boxes of nails that usually weighted around 25-50 pounds. They were extremely heavy and I had to lift them on to the cart and then push the cart with at least seven nail boxes together then put the nails in the right boxes without spilling them. It really hurt my muscles. Other then that I basically just walked around and that is it for exercise. I knew that getting a job would make it difficult to work out but know I know just how difficult it really is. Over all I think I did fairly well. At least compared to the many kids who forgot about the plan entirely. What was the most difficult part besides the work experience was when we had fitness and then I would have to jog uphill all the way home. I was never able to fully make it because I was so worn out so the next day I would just try harder, but it is easier said then done. This helped me see what my limits are and what I need to work on, which is of course everything, especially cardio. At the last beep test ( Thursday) I got an 8.6 on the test. It was not the nine I was working for but it was an improvement so I won't complain. I have one more month to get to that goal before I go literally go insane.
