1 The type of bond is polypeptides because they are made of amino acids
2 The secondary structure form the alpha helix because one side is positive and one side is negative so the repel and attract each other making a spiral shape.
3 what created the third structure was that some amino acids repel each other while others attract so the spiral pinches into itself to make a 3d shape. My protein looks different from everyone else's because there is a very large variety of amino acids that react differently from each other so each one looks different.
4 the fourth structure is created when two or more polypeptides stick together.
5 The protein would not have the same shape if I changed the primary structure because then different reactions would occur that would result in a different shaped protein.
