2nd 5 week work out post
These past few days I have been pretty good about my workouts, except I only jog/trot to school instead of a complete jog. On Monday we had choice so I went up to the weight room as usual and went on the elliptical and went on resistance 17 out of 20 for 35 minuets on the " hill interval" setting. I went up to 2600-ish strides which is higher then my usual but nothing that great. I will continue my work outs and find different ways to improve.
