6 Week Fitness plan review number 1
Yesterday was the first day on the fitness plan I have made. The day went off at a rocky start, in the morning I completely forgot the fitness. When I jogged to school I found it was very difficult to jog with a heavy backpack on, also with the frequent road stops to cross made it hard to exercise so I just did this awkward trot for a while. Yet the afternoon was much better, we did the pond run for 35 or so min. This is a good workout for cardio because we jog in intervals for a long period of time. I found that since the beginning of the semester my energy has improved and during the pond run I did not just jog faster then usual but ran for a small amount of time. That is a big improvement for me.
Awesome Elise! I'm glad you are seeing improvements - the pond run with intervals is great exercise for all levels of fitness. An awkward trot, well, that I'm not so sure about! Lol.
